Emma was a fantastic host and very accommodating. The property was right in the heart of Brighton and a one-minute walk to the beach, and despite limited parking, we luckily found a spot outside of the property. The property was very clean, and well kept.

We stayed with a two year old and it was quite small for a family, even a small one. Although this was expected when we booked, we did struggle a bit (but that's probably because toddlers come with lots of extra stuff!). Otherwise, excellent.

The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom itself was spacious. There were just enough pots and pans to get creative with in the kitchen (although most need a spot clean before use but washing-up liquid was there so this wasn’t an issue). Location was great and we could walk to the pier in less than five minutes. Plus, instructions from host on how to enter the building was all clear and worked smoothly.

The pictures of the apartment don’t show the rug in the bedroom, which was, I believe, a real cow skin rug. As a vegan of 8 years, this was kind of disturbing and grossed me out so my boyfriend hid it under the bed until we left aha. The rest of the room was well-decorated but yeah this put me off massively and seemed out of taste. Neighbours were also pretty loud at all hours but hey that’s not on the host :)
