ONE Herastrau Park

The location is perfect. The people at the reception were professional, helpful and kind. The apartment is high end with quality finishes. We stayed on the 11th floor which has spectacular views. The building is quiet which made for a good night sleep. The contact person truly cared that we had a good experience. She communicated with us, giving us all we needed to access the apartment and even helped us with after our stay. All around a wonderful apartment and we highly recommend!

First of all, that's a fantastic apartment that has everything you might need: top notch design, kitchen with all amenities, dishwasher machine, free secured parking underground with easy access to elevator. High ceilings give a sense of space and additional comfort. In our stay, we were changing 10 hour timezone, and our son fell asleep at 10 am in the morning, and I asked hosts if the apartment is available, and I can check in earlier than 2 pm, and they were very generous and allowed us to move earlier so our kid can sleep in bed, not in the car, really appreciated. What a fantastic view you get at 6 am in the morning seeing sunrise from the 11th floor at the balcony. That's unbelievable. I highly recommend this property. It feels how the owners put a lot of effort and quality in every detail for a very relaxing stay to feel like home.
