Very convenient accommodation when in L'Aquila, a comfortable room and from the window you see the main square! The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable The bar just below offers an excellent breakfast included in the price.

Not a deal breaker for me, but if you have a mobility disability, it's difficult to access the room through the stairs and there is no lift.

The location since it is at down town centre. The owner very simpathic and kind.

I was not aware bit the reception it is on the coffee bar and rooms upstairs. A totally diferent experience for me.
