"Beautiful apartment - but really irritating noise"

The apartment is beautiful, the location is also great, hygiene also good. Balcony was amazing. But there is a constant zoom noise present which starts in the morning and goes off at midnight, so working/relaxing is just not possible. I left after two weeks. Lovelystay understand the situation, they were very helpful to look for a solution. But unfortunately the sound cannot be fixed/turned off because it is from the building it self. Thanks again for the suitable solution!

The balcony is a great vibe and the location is close to a grocery store and the yellow tram runs right in front.
Some communication issues to start but it was all dealt with professionally.
