Near city center. Easy to commute to each tourist attractions location. Clean and nice homestay.

You need to go round and round the ramp when looking for parking lot.

"Nice place to stay but requires lots of improvement especially on toilet as well as the mattress"

Decorative. Fully Air-conditioning. Kitchen is marvellous.

The toilet.. the 2nd toilet has foul smell. The floor tiles are not properly cleaned. Remnants from construction works still there. The owner should replace floor tiles with a better quality one. The WC also not really suitable. Should be replaced with a better one. Finally, the mattress in Master Bedroom is not really comfortable.. should be replaced
