We spent one night in Nuwara Eliya and received a very warm welcome. The accommodation is well-equipped and very clean. We felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed, rustic atmosphere. The host, Shan, is very helpful and always available to answer any questions. We would definitely come again.

Der Host war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Mit Ankunft hat er einige Empfehlungen gegeben und sich erkundigt ob alles mit dem Aufenthalt stimmt. Die Lage ist ein Traum und wenn man das entsprechende Zimmer bucht, hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Gregory See.

Enorme rustige ligging, mooie uitzicht op het meer vanuit de kamer, goede warme douche, voldoende en zeer propere dekens, keuze van het ontbijt : Engels of sri Lankaans. Wij kozen voor Sri Lankaans en was heerlijk.

Voor ons waren de bedden te smal en te kort. We zijn ongeveer 1m90. Iets om rekening mee te houden als je heel groot bent.

“Treat someone as providing a service, you may come back. Treat someone as your own, you will definitely come back.” The above phrase works pretty well for Shan who was an amazing host with so much love and care he took of me in my solo journey. He provided a welcome tea with some Christmas Snacks prepared by his mother and then shared a map of locations which are good tourist attractions nearby. The breakfast was very delicious and will certainly look forward to booking his accommodation the next time I am in Nuwara Eliya.

Le personnel est très gentil, réactif et vraiment arrangeant. La chambre offre une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac, avec une décoration sympa.

Tutto fantastico, ci è stata data una camera su due piani con vista sul lago nonostante ne avessimo prenotata un altra più semplice e senza aumento di prezzo. Colazione ottima e ricca. Lo staff molto gentile. La mattina quando siamo scese c’erano dei cavalli liberi nella via, sembrava di essere in un film. Consiglio vivamente 🩵
