De welwillende eigenaar. Het broodrooster was kapot, binnen een uur was dat vervangen. Ook probleem met water werd adequaat en vriendelijk opgelost. Als je dat wilt kun je kennismaken met het vriendelijke malteezertje van de familie, anders houdt hij m wel weg.
