Budget Inn Laramie

It was the only available hotel, it was aged and run down. Seems to have many long term residents.

It was dirty, from hair left in the bathroom to basic items dirty from countertops and tables to hair dryer.

The front desk staff were nice and friendly.

The property was in terrible condition and clearly has not been maintained. The room needs to have the walls wiped down because there was stuff on them.

Did not stay for breakfast left early for fishing trip

The hotel smelled. It was dirty on the outside as well as the hallways. Noisy. I think a partial refund is in order. The toliet had issues flushing. The floor was wet by the end of the bed.

The reception girl was very nice.

Nothing. The property was dirty, there were garbage bags piled up in corners, and there was a random refrigerator outside. It was unkept, and people were screaming and it appeared as if people lived at this hotel. It was so dirty, we were scared when we pulled in. We got into the room and there were holes and cracks in the walls and ceiling.

There was a laundry room with garbage bags filled with things. we were worried about our car, getting broken into and we knew that we did not belong there. We called the front desk and asked to be refunded and she agreed. We went to the best western and everything was fantastic once we were there. I am not sure why this property was rated seven, it is a zero. The only good or positive thing I can say about this place was the gal at the front desk. However, I was worried for her safety.
