It was nasty! Wall’s carpet bathroom! It smelled awful! Air conditioner leaked water all over the floor!

Nothing about the place was good!

The couch in the room had dark stains on it. The pull out bed had crumbs and trash in it. The wall above the bed had dark spots in several places. Only one trash can in the room.

Property in general was horrible starting with appearance outside...very untidy and dirty, lots of trash everywhere with very unkempt parking lot. Back walkways had trash stacked six feet high you know wasn't just a day old..customers had to walk by this dirty mess it could have been in a separate storage shed...sidewalks very unclean with weeds growing in back courtyard which hadn't been tended to in years; this wasn't just this summers mess. Could tell this property hadn't been kept up-to-date: former indoor swimming pool unusable, former restaurant closed )looked to have been a very large establishment at one time with a 'conference/party center) Old bedding/furniture stacked in this are in plain site of customers..once again should have been discarded or stashed out-of-site in a storage unit...our biggest complaint being after driving several hours on road and arriving to motel out rooms not ready and available....ample time for motel readiness of 3:00 check-in time was given as we arrived at approximately 4:35pm...had 2 rooms reserved for our family travels on way to western Wyoming...neither ready. Staff saying they had covid with-in their employees; not my problem, they should have hired some outside help.....Not very accomodating to this problem. ...after very much alot of haggling ang heated tempers on my side, we agreed to go downtown for dinner (which was just as bad, we sat for one hour waiting for food and listened to lame excuses from wiatress on kitchen problems and then some of our order was messed up..at which point you just eat anyway even though that's not what you wanted!!).....back to hotel at 8:25pm to the desk clerk handing rooms keys to us; with just a lame smile and no verbal comments at all....we arrive to onr room so much in dis-array we couldn't believe it...not a thing done to it!!!In fact underwear left from previous guest and lots of food stuffs in room!!!

Nothing about this place was good. We pulled up. There was men smoking dope in the parking lot. We did not feel safe. The place was a literal dump the only way and why we stayed there because we had paid for it nonrefundable and at least the beds were clean and the bathtub and toilet.

This is the most we paid out of any motel that we stayed on going to Arkansas and coming home from Arkansas and it was a dumpiest we stayed in

Nothing.

I asked for handicap accessible. Room and access to room weren’t. Bathroom not accessible. Bath tub and toilet not accessible. Large, full, smelly trash bin near access door. Hallway door not accessible. Shower curtain rod about to fall. Room sliding window insulated with duct tape. Felt very unsafe for my wife and myself.

Staff is friendly and trying to turn the place around from being sketchy but it doesn't seem to be working.

Room was completely filthy when I got there. Cigarette butts behind the nightstand, dirty socks under the bed, broken window taped together.

The beds and pillows were real soft and the linens seemed to be clean and fresh

There was hair and dirt behind bathroom door. Floors weren't clean and around the sink had hair from someone shaving.

Alisha was exceptional at check in and with assistance for extra needed items. She was friendly, warm and made us feel welcome. The room was clean, warm and quiet which is all we could have asked for.

The facility is old and rundown and could use lots of minor repairs but that was expected from photos and reviews.
