Ola Boutique Hotel

Excellent customer service

The staff was phenomenal however the hotel itself needed some attention to detail (no toilet paper holder in bathroom, mildew stains on couch in the room, dirty towels left in a trash bag in the hallway overnight)

So I will preface that the only reason that I have four out of five stars is that the regular room is small. However, it's Puerto Rico so who is going to be in their room anyway? The location is great - across the street from a grocery store if you need snacks for the beach and great restaurants in the area. The staff is awesome (especially Mateo - he makes top-tier espresso martinis). Everyone made us feel welcome.

Such a great experience. Staff were amazing and displayed great hospitality. Super helpful and answered any and all questions. They cater to your needs. Definitely will recommend and come again.

The sheets wasn’t clean the first night, the shade for the window didn’t work. It’s a cute intimate space the hotel itself can use more work. The staff is nice and friendly.
