The problem was the property description on your website was completely false and totally misrepresented. The property itself was fine. The staff was fantastic. But i did not receive what was advertised.

Amazing property. My family if 5 had a very comfortable stay. Stay was welcoming always. My kids had breakfast every morning in their lobby and loved it. We will definitely recommend

We stayed here while in town for the Bad Bunny concert, and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location was super convenient, just a quick Uber ride to the Coliseo and only about a 4 minute drive from La Placita, which made exploring the area so easy. The hotel itself was clean and in a great area. The staff was beyond friendly and made us feel welcome. Thanks for the refreshing coconut drinks! We'll definitely be coming back here on our next trip to Puerto Rico. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. Specially if you are looking for a stay for the Bad Bunny concert!
