Service and Wi fi were good

I did not have a pleasant stay in this hotel room. The refrigerator leaked water constantly, leaving the floor wet throughout my visit. Additionally, the shower was hardly functional, making it extremely difficult to take a proper shower. The biggest issue, however, was the constant disturbance from a nearby gym that played loud techno music from morning until evening. This made it impossible to relax in the room, especially on rainy days. Although I asked the owner to speak with the gym staff—and they did lower the volume somewhat—the noise remained a persistent problem. Moreover, the bed was not very comfortable, and for the price paid, I expected a better sleeping arrangement. On a positive note, the owner was very friendly and always available, and the Wi‑Fi was excellent. Overall, while the service and connectivity were commendable, the room’s maintenance issues and ongoing noise disturbance made for an unsatisfactory stay.

Wasn’t really clean, mozzies and cockroaches everywhere..old facilities..noisy, very noisy aircon, a bit smelly all around..I wouldn’t come back tbh you can find better at this price in Siargao

The location was pretty good even without a scooter. Lots of restaurants just a 5 to 10 min walk away. The bed was comfortable and I had a good working chair. The wifi was very good. Cleaning every 5 days. Friendly staff and easy communication. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Refillable clean drinking water was included. It was easy to get a tuk tuk on the main road just 5 min walk. There was a great gym right next door. Good air conditioner and also a fan if you don't like to use AC.

You need to be careful with the hot water in the shower. It can get too hot sometimes.

The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect. Away from the noise but just a short walk to the Main Street of general Luna. The room itself was pretty big and the bed was very comfortable. The AC was really great and there’s a nice fan in the room too. It has everything you need for a short or long term stay. The host and staff were so accommodating and so friendly. If I ever needed anything, I could just send them a message and it would get taken care of very quickly. I originally booked for 1 week but ended up staying for 1 month because I enjoyed my stay so much. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Siargao. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!

My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower.

The location is great, and feels like your just home

So far all is good except for the cutleries.

Close to all establishments in General luna. Easy access to tricycles and vans.

Our goal upon arrival is to get some document and shopping done to help us get settled on this island. So the location right at the center is perfect for such goal.

We had to fix the bathroom shower head ourselves. When we arrived, there was barely water coming out. The faucet in bathroom sink didn't work at all.

The host and cleaning lady were both super kind!! Cleaning was well done and even got a few times extra cleaning due to some problems.
