Amaya Sebatu Villa

The Villa was nice and clean and staff is very friendly

Our villa was adjacent to a 2 story building, from 1st floor our pool is directly visible from its balcony, we felt a little less private due to that, as anyone could see through the balcony from it. The whole point of private villa is to have absolute privacy which was a problem may particular to Villa No. 104. They should install some curtain or some barrier to hide the Villa views.

Gede and all the other staff members were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was a dream too! We highly recommend!

The location, plunge pool, the towels, deco,

villa was smaller then anticipated, mouldy bathroom, unclean toilet, small TV, very weathered needs a thorough clean, no lock at main door, safe was not secured to cupboard, not much of a view, disturbing neighbours from adjacent Villa,

Was everything good

Everything met our expectations. Lovely and very accomodating staff. The villa is secluded and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Love everything.

Everything was perfect until the insensitive guests next door turned up the music and talked loudly while they swam in their pool just after 9pm. The staff was told and very responsive.
