Mr. Muliadi was nice. He tried to help but the cleaner came without solutions.

The house seems like it didn't clean for a long time. It was dusty, some corners have spider webs. We also encounter cockroaches. The furnitures in the house also quite bad, some drawers cannot close properly. Amenities also not fully provided. Toilet papers seem like been splashed by water before dried up. Shampoo and shower gels are also not provided.

Host provided such a clear instruction on how to get to the property, how to access the property & where to collect the key. Very easy to understand & the key box was also easy to reach. Host were also very responsive. The facility were okay.

Few of the item were not working properly. Like the auto-gate remote, we have to keep pressing for quite a while for the gate to open/close. Also the main hall aircond remote is not working. But all of these is just minor things that can be improved.
