Very lovely place and perfect for a stay at Olbia.

La habitación era bonita y tenia muchos detalles. Las camas eran cómodas y tenían aire acondicionado. Estaba todo limpio y te ofrecían agua fría al llegar.

La zona donde se encuentra la casa esta cerca del centro pero a la vez en un barrio que no nos gusto tanto por la gente y el aspecto de las calles. Como solo hay un baño en el hostal a veces estaba ocupado y había que esperar.

La maison est très bien située avec une vue sur la basilique San Simplicio , à 5min des transports en commun et 10 min à pieds du centre ville d’Olbia. Les chambres ainsi que l’espace commun est d’une propreté irréprochable. La douche et la WC sont nettoyés plusieurs fois pendant la journée.les hôtes offrent aussi un petit déjeuner très correcte et mettent à dispo dans un mini bar de l’eau , yaourt et jus de fruits , café et thé à volonté aussi . Les hôtes sont très gentils souriants et très serviables . Ils offrent aussi en extra un service de navette vers l’aéroport où a d’autres destinations.

The check-in ran very smoothly and the owner was flexible - much appreciated. He was also very welcome to give advice and help out with any concerns. The overall look of the place was very good and one could easily cook some in the shared kitchen. Given that it was the cheapest higher rated room in the area at the time of booking, can't be too critical. Otherwise would definitely say it was overpriced.

The breakfast was very modest and sweet for a North European - not a fan. My room's only window was facing the backdoor garden which was accessible to other visitors as well. As a result, did not feel like I had much privacy if wanted to have some natural light and fresh air. One can rely on the air conditioner in that case, if it is a problem or just get out and enjoy Sardinia ( ﾉ^.^)ﾉ

Spontan für eine Nacht gebucht. Sehr zentrale Lage und sehr gemütlich. Ein kleines Frühstück und Getränke gibt es. Bushaltestelle die von fast allen Linien bedient wird, ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Also optimal ob man zum Flughafen oder zum Strand möchte.

Habitación muy bonita y cuidada. A escasos 5’ del centro de Olbia Aparcamiento en la misma puerta del alojamiento Dispone de terraza donde poder salir a tomar el aire o comer. Anfitrión muy atento y disponible en todo momento.
