Location perfetta, al centro di Olbia, perfetta per muoversi in centro città, all’aeroporto e sopratutto collegata benissimo con diverse spiagge da nord a est. La struttura è super curata e pulita, Pasquale è super cordiale e ha tanta cura per la casa e per i suoi ospiti. Alla prossima!!

Is really clean room, comfy, have a lot of space, the location is excellent, they have an outstanding transfer service, my flight was late and the men went to pick me up at the airport at 3 a.m., thank you very much.

Room was clean and quite big.

The price for the room was very high. This is a room with a shared bathroom and no breakfast. It is close to the station, but not in the very center of town. In Alghero, I have paid 1/3 less for an apartment recently renovated in the very center, while In Porto Torres, I have paid 1/3 of the price for the same typology of room. I understand that Olbia has very high prices during the summer, so anybody who owns a room tries to profit from the situation, however, this accommodation is not worth the price being asked. My suggestion is to avoid Olbia during the summer if possible. Try to avoid early/late flights that make sleeping in Olbia a necessity. It is very hot (8 degrees more than the west coast), full and unpleasant and prices have exploded. Everything is being rented to tourists and normal people do not manage to find a place to live. As tourists we should not contribute to this state of affair.

Un B&B charmant extrêmement bien situé : au calme, proche du centre historique et des transports. Tout est neuf, décoré avec goût, les chambres sont spacieuses et avec clim et TV, des boissons et des produits d'hygiène sont disponibles dans les espaces communs. Enfin la disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'hôte dès votre arrivée sont exceptionnelles. Je reviendrai dans ce B&B c'est certain!
