Sunset Haven Villa

We had an absolutely perfect stay – truly one of the best places we’ve ever booked! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is ideal – quiet, yet close to everything. What made it even more special was the warm and thoughtful hospitality: we were welcomed with a fresh juice, a fruit basket, and even a fully stocked fridge! The host was incredibly kind and attentive – we couldn’t have asked for more. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, thoughtful extras, and a truly wonderful host made this place stand out. You really feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. Thank you a lot! ☺️

The driveway is slightly steep, so confident driving skills are helpful – especially if you’re not used to the terrain. Also, there are some stray dogs in the area that occasionally bark at night, but it was not too disturbing.

Perfect location in Beau Vallon. Very comfortables and clean rooms. Marievonne and Chris are very welcome and kidness persons, ready to help and give you all the advices and suggestions needed to spend nice days in Beau Vallon and along Mahè island

The apartment is new, spotlessly clean, and ideally located—just a short walk from the beach, shops, and takeaways. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Marievonne is an amazing host, always available and ready to help with anything you might need. Thank you again for your hospitality! We highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

Spotless new apartment, host was super friendly and helpful, nice location close to the beach. The apartment looks so nice, everything is new and clean. Nice balcony as well and good spot to check sunsets.

Pretty much everything! Good communication prior to our arrival as well as throughout with Chris being available on WhatsApp whenever we needed. They have been extremely considerate and understanding with all of our questions and requests. Fruit basket and basic necessities in the fridge on our arrival was a nice touch. Throughout our stay Chris helped us arrange transportation to various places, which was very nice. The general property is very well maintained with amazing plants around, you could see that a lot of work was put into it. The apartment we stayed in was also very clean, with towels being replenished every 2 days and beach towels also being available upon request. Mind you, places like these in the tropics are a lot harder to keep clean, but it was spotless! Overall Chris and MarieVonne are world-class hosts. Would definitely recommend them! ♥️

Hill is a bit steep but doable (we had a 1 year old toddler with us so every trip was… “a trip”, but even we managed without much hassle. So, doable. In general Mahe is full of hills so unless you are directly at the beach, gotta do some climbing unfortunately. It’s more like a “con” towards the entire island, not only this property. But shower head is an easy fix in my opinion. When we stayed it was only rainfall style shower head affixed to the ceiling, should be easy enough to have a normal shower head (with some flexible tube) and that would be my recommendation to Chris and MarieVonne :) Although, even that was manageable, we just had to get creative 😂

The host is extremely helpful and nice; also helped in renting a car, offered a full basket of fruits at the arrival and a few things for breakfast :) The apartment looks great and quite new, very comfortable and it is very spacious

Noisy dogs around the accommodation that are very loud all night long, the shower head was fixed up in the wall, so a bit uncomfortable to shower (moreover if you don't want to wash your hair every time), the pipeline water was quite yellow

Nice room, villa is big, equipped kitchen, friendly owner

Location too much climbing up from the beach, breakfast not possible
