ESEl apartamento está reformado en casi toda su totalidad, a 7 minutos a pie del metro y situado en una zona con bares y restaurantes.
Los cojines son muy malos, había alguna humedad en el piso, cocina, cuarto más cercano a la cocina y encima del aire acondicionado estaba sucio, es un 3/4 piso sin ascensor y la escalera deja mucho que desear
BEThe property was clean and spacious, we each had our room (party of 3). The location was quite near 2 subway lines, making it easy to travel by public transportation. There are also quite some choice of quality restaurants/pubs around the area (a small Italian place stole our hearts - their mushroom risotto was excellent). The host was nice and followed up on our needs during our stay (nice extra, Netflix was available).
It is worth noting that the location is up a hill (on top of the 4 floors) which means that you will need to do a bit of exercise everyday if you go out. It was not a big issue except on the first day (when we chose to use public transportation from Busan Station with our luggages).

USIt was a nice and clean apartment. The apartment was in a central location. It was about a 7 min walk to the nearest subway and it was near restaurants. The host was flexible and allowed us to get early check-in.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator.

AUGreat location, close to train, lots of restaurants and other retail.
A few more dishes/knives in kitchen would be good. Larger towels would be good for the shower.

Noise from outside could be heard due to bad window insulation Sink in toilet was stuck, water flow was very slow and water pressure for shower was very small. no lift bad staircase up to L4 with heavy luggages Landlord was not flexible, not allowing for early check in despite several times of request.

FIWe noticed the temperature at the apartment was too low/too cold for early April and we tried to set the air conditioning to warm up the place but it happened very slow. We stayed for five nights and just the last evening and morning it was okay (it wasn’t cold). Fortunately we had warm clothes with us as we were travelling in South Korea in late March-early April. Also the bathroom could’ve been warmer (no floor heating) and one window in the kitchen didn’t close properly. Still our overall impression was that it was a good place to stay (value for your money).
