The property is in a great location, easy to walk to all the main attractions. Saad is super helpful, even helped us organise a driver form the airport, who was great! Bedroom was great and bathroom super clean with great shower pressure!

This places is not only in a very good location but also has the best service in Morocco. The owner is super friendly, helpful, kind and warm. He took care of my washed clothes not getting wet when they are drying on the roof in raining days. He helped me to book my bus ticket to Casablanca when I had trouble to get one. He is always ready to help his visitor! Height recommend!!!

The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. It was useful having a kettle, fridge and microwave. WiFi mostly worked well. Staff were nice and helped us when we needed them, and they let us check out late which was appreciated. Great location and nice views from the terrace.

The room was freezing and the heater didn’t work very well, and the radiator didn’t work at all, so we were quite uncomfortable (we went in January). The description suggested we had our own private terrace, which we didn’t - the terrace is shared among all hotel guests. The shower took quite a long time to warm up (but it was nice and hot when it did) and we had to ask at the front desk for toilet roll and the bins to be emptied.

Located in the middle of medina. 5-min walk up some steep stairs, which is normal in Chefchaouen. Our room is on the 3rd floor but the reception helped to carry our luggages. Nice rooftop terrace to relax with GREAT view.

There are microwave & kettle but no power socket; perhaps hidden. Hot shower was not consistent.

It is very well located in the heart of Medina. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The terrace is quite good to spend some time.

The kitchen is not really a kitchen if you are planning to use it. There is only one power plug behind the fridge, if you want to use the kettle or microwave you need to move the fridge to plug the other equipments. There is no stove and no detergent for dishes. It might be challenging conditions for winter period as the AC is not enough to warm up the apartment even if it works all day.
