They did not have rooms available and i had to deive around houston for hours looking for rooms

A good access to a freeway.

A faucet was broken. No door at a shower room, so water came out from a shower room.

The hotel was clean, and very close to the main road..

Clean, nice atmosphere, close to everything, nice staff

Bed was a little uncomfortable

Unfortunately there were lots of things I did not like about this property. I will briefly summarize because there is just way too much to type. But I am severely disappointed. - Overswiped my card 4 times. Totaled $520. They refunded me apparently but I’m still waiting on it to reflect on my account. - Dirty bedsheets. Red stains everywhere. Lady who worked at night could not replace them for me. I had to stay up late and do laundry myself. - Way overpriced for the quality of the room. $165/night for holes in the wall, dirty walls, paint splatters, missing tiles, etc - Dirty and flimsy towels - Lazy staff (except for Mason. He was the only helpful person there. He was amazing and made up for everyone else that was lacking!!)

Pretty much everything. I wish I never stayed here. But Mason was fantastic. He cleared up any confusion from other staff members and was very helpful in cleaning up other staff members messes. He was very professional, kind and informative.

Nice clean room and friendly staff

The rooms were clean and the hotel looked new. The staff was also very friendly.
