"A comfortable family stay with good facilities and a convenient location, with room to improve the pre-arrival process."

The property was spacious, clean, and well located for our family visit. The self check-in process was smooth, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The host was responsive to our queries, and the accommodation was comfortable for a longer stay.

It would be helpful if the check-in documentation and damage deposit process were handled through the Booking.com platform or a more secure verification system rather than external email. Some additional information about parking and housekeeping services before arrival would also improve the guest experience.

good parking for 2-3 vehicles. The house has good facilities and lots of space.

Lack of kitchenware upon arrival, however the property made purchases that were sent straightaway. Didn't like being charged extra for a dog (post arrival), when the property was listed as pet friendly and the booking process didn't make this charge clear

"It was a very relaxing experience and if I were to visit Brentford again, I would definitely come back here."

The facilities and cleanliness were very welcoming and the sofas and beds were really comfy.

The fridge made a few strange sounds that were a bit disturbing but they didn’t run through the night, so I’m not sure if that needs inspecting.
