I like that the room was extremely cozy given its size and had all of the required furniture for a deep and restful night of sleep. The Hotel was located extremely close to Pub Street so getting about around the city was extremely quick and easy whether by walking or by Tuk Tuk! It was also meant that there was endless amount of food options ranging from established restaurants to street vendors. This place is great for travellers who wishes to continue to feel the vibrant night life till late night and not have to worry about transportation back to the hotel. I also liked the mission of The Urban which placed an emphasis on sustainability; choosing to use more environmentally friendly methods of running the hotel; the complimentary tree planting session was a cool added bonus, reduced water usage through various methods like use of laundry rack for continued use of laundry items. It also placed an emphasis on developing local community through their integration with internship opportunities for local university students. This initiative allows for unique opportunities for local youth, an effort that is worth commending and supporting!

I didnt like that afternoon tea selection was abit limited and certain parts of the hotel felt abit disconnected; for example the gym appeared to be abit abrupt (gym equipment housed in a small rectangular structure) perhaps an outdoor gym with natural material like wooden blocks would add to the overall green and sustainable asesthetic of the hotel.

Is excellent located, the rooms are great, the staff is very friendly. The swimming pool refreshing!

Staff are very helpful, polite and attentive; you won't be lost for service.

No negatives apart from a slightly dodgy bathroom step in my room: this could be unsafe if you don't pay extra attention.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at The Urban. Everything exceeded my expectations: the service, the attention to detail, and the overall hospitality. A special thank you to Panha, Sam, and the entire staff for being so professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and contributed greatly to making my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely hope to come back soon. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!
