Blue Rock Villa

This house is beautiful and the view is incredible. The location was great we realised you can walk over the hill (past the little church out the back rather than down the road at the front) and get to the town/restaurants in a few minutes. Also really close to the beach. All the restaurants we tried nearby were great! House was well equipped and very clean.

The villa is spacious and has many great facilities like 2 washers and dryers. Everything is very modern. Paul is a very attentive and caring host.

It is a beautiful family or friends place! We were 7 adults (family) and found the villa quite confortable, nice and funcional áreas, fully equiped and a lovely view to the sea. We were warmly welcomed by Paul and his family, and after that they kept in contact in case we needed something. Very close to the beach line at Piso Livadi (few steps away)

Depending on your plans, Piso Livadi might be not so close to some other tourist places, as Parikia (about 30 minutes away). But Blue Rock is lovely.

Le logement est magnifique et dispose d'un grand nombre d'équipements. Paul est très réactif pour répondre aux demandes de ses hôtes.

La casa è nuova e molto bella. Le finiture interne sono di qualità altissima e l'arredo scelto con gusto. All'interno c'è tutto il necessario: elettrodomestici e accessori per cucina, lavatrice ...etc. La casa dove siamo stati aveva 3 camere da letto e 4 bagni, con varie terrazze dalla vista magnifica sul mare. In 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Piso Livadi. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dal proprietario che ci ha illustrato la casa. Nei giorni successivi, con grande sorpresa ci ha fatto trovare della frutta fresca in terrazza. Esperienza da 10

The property was beautiful, very clean and there was a bathroom in every single room which made things so much easier!

The only con about the property is that it is up a hill, however if you have a car or are able-bodied it should be no problem

This house is amazing and no detail overlooked. They have thought of everything in this house, lighting is amazing, the patio views are phenomenal, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom and the showers have multiple spray options with rainshower or handheld wand. Easy to park out front. Everything is top quality! Very comfy beds, great air conditioning in every room.

No complaints at all! So glad this place became available for our stay.

We loved staying there! Beautiful villa with unbelievable view! Clean and comfortable and steps away from beaches and restaurants. The place looks as amazing as it is on the photos. We would love to return!
