Bay Hotel

The staff (The entire team) where very humble and served with their heart. You can feel the connect that they have with their guests! My flight was canceled and I was stuck at Pokhara for the night, at the airport when I saw the pictures of the room and the few reviews that it had, it was then that I knew that I had to come here because it looked like a new hotel which had opened and sure did! Same was the case, I was having a very lukewarm experience at Pokhara and honestly if the flight wouldn't have had canceled i wouldn't reconsider the place worth visiting again but thankfully it was the will of God that it did because just that saved my entire experience at Pokhara and what I think of the place. I never thought that a normal flight cancelation would be so beneficial! Because the experience that I had after it sure it did make my thoughts go from 5 to a solid 10+! Seeing my situation they opened and prepared dinner just for me on my request! And personally made it their mission that I'm satisfied!! wow! There are 2 sorts of services, one that you can see and the other one which you can feel and sence and this was the 2nd one, this was from their heart and so is my review for them! Since it's a family run business you can feel it!!! Also to Kanchi (the little one, 3 year old daughter) your chacha is always here! :D I've got your back!

I had a really good stay at Bay Hotel, Pokhara. The staff were welcoming, and we breezed through the check-in process. They also helped us with any questions we had about the area. The room was clean with fresh bedding, and all toiletries and amenities were available as stated. The hotel also has a restaurant on site for lunch and dinner, which I opted for during my stay. Meanwhile, breakfast was included in the booking without any extra charge. I would love to stay here when I come back to explore Pokhara next time.

Breakfast was so good and we loved it.

They allow to have breakfast in room which i don't like.
