la déco intérieure, la double chambre séparée par la salle d'eau , l'accueil, le concept , la propreté intérieure, le restaurant (cadre et nourriture), la proximité avec les monuments, les restaurants

manque de thé ou du café dans la chambre , la diversité du petit déjeuner, un peu plus d'aliments salés, la propreté dans le quartier

Lage hervorragend! Zimmer neu und sehr sauber. Keine tägliche Reinigung, aber ist für die paar Tage okay. Check in unkompliziert, alle im Haus sehr hilfsbereit! Frühstück wie erwartet eher schlicht.

Wszystko na bardzo wysokim poziomie, pokoje bardzo ładne, czyste. Śniadanie na bogato, jak na włoskie standardy 😊

Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja i ciężko było ogrzać pokoje.

"Communication should be improved"

Clean, spacious, good breakfast, comfortable bads. Good location.

Responsivnes from the owner. Was very slow and delayed. Check in was annoying 😑. Were waiting outside and going around the building, because we didn't get any instructions how to get in. Phone that is 'privided' doesn't work.

"Historic building, modern conveniences, central location."

Modern convenience in a converted 18th century hospital, with high vaulted ceilings in spacious rooms. Sweet, highly accommodating staff. Right in the center of things, a short walk from the cathedral, but very quiet.

The hotel shares this large building with several other businesses, and it took awhile to know which staircase to use. At first I found myself wandering into spaces clearly not designed for me, but people were very kind about steering me back on track.

La struttura è vicinissima al centro, nuova, curata, super confortevole. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Anche la colazione davvero buona.

"Perfect in Palermo"

This place is perfectly located near the Cathedral and Royal Palace, but very quiet. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Clarissa was so responsive and helpful. And breakfast was an added plus
