Best Palanga Hotel

The breakfast provided by the hotel was tasty, and there was a good variety of options available. However, the service could be more efficient. It would be helpful if empty food trays were refilled more promptly and staff regularly checked whether items such as fried eggs or other popular dishes needed replenishing. Overall, the breakfast was enjoyable, but a little more attention to restocking would improve the experience.

I was disappointed with the Presidential Apartment. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the room, and a strong cigarette odor seemed to be embedded in the furniture and sofas in the living room. On the balcony, there was a jar filled with cigarette butts left behind by previous guests. The bathtub had not been cleaned properly, and there was a visible layer of dirt and grime. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the apartment did not meet my expectations.
