"Good value apartment with good connection to Lisbon if you're on a budget."

Great view, adequately clean and well-equipped apartment, nice building, options for street parking nearby, train station was close, plenty of shops.

Sketchy neighbourhood, terrace is shared but has windows looking into two of the rooms so it's not really comfortable to use. Apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.
