"Neblogai, bet būna ir geriau."

Tvarkingas ir erdvus kambarys, modernus interjeras. Kainos kokybės santykis gana geras.

Garso izoliacija, jos tiesiog nėra. Garsas per duris eina taip tarsi durų nebūtų. Vamzdžių garso izoliacija ne ką geresnė. Dar parkingas nepatiko, nes nors aprašyme parašyta požeminis parkingas, bet kai užsisakęs kambarį sužinai, kad ai vietos yra ne visiems, todėl reiks parkuotis lauke, o ten nelabai jauku palikti automobilį.
