Steps to the cabin are very steep but did not cause any problems for us.

Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful and with walks from the door. The cabin is new and spotlessly clean with all utensils etc provided for self catering purposes and the oven was fantastic! Cleaning supplies, shampoo and body wash were provided and tea, coffee,sugar and condiments however I was surprised that there was no welcome pack with local products etc which is generally provided in accommodation in this price bracket. Very comfortable bed and I enjoyed the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. I absolutely loved the feeling of staying in the cabin and the smell of the wood. You self check in and communication from the host was welcoming and very detailed, they live in the house just behind the cabin and can be easily contacted if needed. WiFi connection is excellent. The cabin is south facing and gets the sun for the majority of the day. Tables and chairs are provided and it was beautiful to just sit outside and enjoy nature- parasols or a sunshade would have been beneficial though.

The cabin could do with better fencing between it and the field next to it as my small dog could have gone under the fence in quite a few places and there were sheep in the field- we are responsible dog owners and kept her on the lead but more secure fencing would have meant I could have relaxed more when sitting outside. The decked area outside the cabin could be made more secure with some sort of fencing- it was ok for us but I'd be concerned that children could fall off. The steps up to the cabin are quite steep.
