POOJA inn

The bed sheet was not cleaned, and we experienced itching throughout the night until 1 A.M. We complained to the staff at midnight. After complaining, they provided another room, which was fine.

Roomsnwere neat

We booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Hotel provided 1 towel and 1 soap for 2 people, and refused to provide extra towels, or 1 towel and 1 soap per person. There were power failures throughout night, and attendant did not switch on generator until we went and asked him. We did notnnotice it was non AC room and hotelnrefused tonchange the booking to AC rooms.

Net and clean

The location is good, opposite to the Mammiyur Shiva temple and also close to the Guruvayur Mahavishnu temple.

The room is very small, there is no arrangement for the cupboard/hanging clothes. Despite winter, the entire hotel is very hot; so is the room. I didn't take the AC room believing that it was winter, but I had a bitter experience in the room. The toilet is very small too.
