The host was amazing, and a sigh of relief amidst a complicated long stopover I was spending in Rome. He was able to give me a good price for getting back to the airport which was really important to me since I had very little cash on me and no way to get more.

It is near the airport. Even with public transportation one can quickly reach it. They offer airport transfer, but I did not request it, since I had time to go to the airpoprt by public transportation. Even the late check in (~21:30) is OK with them. Addendum on 21.04: They are keen to satisfy their customers. We corresponded about the missing city tax receipt, and came to satisfactory end. I would be happy to say again by them!

I paid for the room through booking and was aware that few euros shall be paid in cash as city tax. I arrived quite late and was tired. Next day I had to leave early at around 6:40. The guy handing over the key requested 3.5Eur for city tax. I paid in cash and asked for receipt. He told, they will send the invoice if I give them the details. The invoice itself arrived but it did not include the city tax. I sent them a request about that, since I needed to submit proof of all my cost to my company to get it reimbursed. I got only silence ever since. Even worse, according booking the city tax shall be only 2.5Eur… (Unfortunately, I did not checked it before arrival…) Maybe it changed, and booking knows it wrong, but be aware.... Addendum on 21.04: OK, they got back to me and expalined that the city tax amount was changed few week before my stay, but the booking.com did not updated the value. There was a clear miscommunication, where both party had one mistake. Actually, in the message I thanked for the invoice, wrote about the missing city tax, but this one was missed by them. I did not try again asking for that receipt, before making this comment, that was my mistake. See the addendum at my positive review part.

The host is extremely nice and arranging!! The place is very clean, confortable, super easy to reach from the airport. Recommended
