La propreté du logement (moisissure espace douche, moisissure joint congélateur et réfrigérateur) salle de bain dernier étage s'apparente à un débarras,2 couverts pour un logement pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, fils électriques pendants près des bruleurs de la gazinière,2 téléviseurs: un non branché à l'antenne et l'autre sans explication pour sa connection, il serait bon à l'avenir que le propriétaire veille à l'entretien de l'appartement et que les instructions pour la récupération de la clé, gestion des poubelles, consigne lors du départ, soient fournies en temps.

The location was very central.

The property was old and dirty. Its value did not correspond to the money paid. The basic items like toilet paper, soap, and washing liquid were missing. The shower curtain was missing and the toilet seat was broken and not properly attached. One of the towels had holes and was dirty. We have had a problem with water pressure in the house, the pump was very loud and at some point the engine broke and water stopped coming, which influenced our plans for the day.

The apartment is very pleasant. The location is ideal—just steps from the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas. There are two separate sleeping areas and a nice kitchen where everyone can gather. The beds are comfortable. Everything was perfectly fine in terms of conditions. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. On the last day it rained heavily, and they kindly offered to let us stay longer and leave our luggage there, which was very convenient. We also recommend the focaccia and cannoli at our host’s restaurant!

It wasn’t a problem for us, but some travelers might want to keep in mind that houses in Bari’s old town are built on several floors, and the rooms inside are quite narrow. The staircase between the floors in the apartment is also rather narrow, so it’s good to be aware of that.
