A fabulous little studio. Very comfortable bed, quiet location and excellent value for money. Friendly, obliging host who was on hand if needed.

Parking was a little tricky given the size of our car and the fact that although there was driveway parking, there are a lot of cars parked on the road which left little space for manoeuvre. Lack of blind on the velux window meant early wake ups due to the light coming in.

A divine little ho.e away from home! So cosy and well equipped.

Lovely place to stay very comfortable bed well thought out everything you need loved it .

No shaver socket in shower room, no blind over skylight

The studio was lovely and welcoming, very clean and good facilities

The only 2 things I wasn't keen on was 1 having only a curtain for the bathroom , I didn't feel it very private enough, and the sky light could definitely do with a blind , as to much early daylight comes through and disturbs sleep

Location is perfect for a holiday at Exmoor National Park, which is only a short drive away. And a short 5min walk into Williton town. Very cosy and modern, clean studio, and includes a microwave and a fridge, which was perfect to store my milk/yoghurts/fruits. Appreciated the complete privacy in Dawn's garden, including a private outside sitting area. Also like the fact that you can park in front of the garage, so you don't need to worry about finding parking space. and the local fresh bakery in the area is definitely a bonus !!! :-)

Keep in mind that the general 4G wifi signal is not always very strong (due to weak 4G area coverage I suppose and nothing to do with the owner), but it didn't bother me too much as I was on holiday... :-)
