Most considerate air B&B I have ever stayed in. The place was filled with helpful signs from how the shower worked to the fact we could ask for ice if we wanted any. The communications were great and we both had a warm welcome then all the privacy we could want. In a small space, there are so many useful set ups. The bed was so comfortable, the table was spacious, there were comfortable chairs for more general sitting, the kitchenette was well stocked. Nothing felt cramped or out of place. A true treat of a stay. (Plus, a very cute dog) For anxious traveler like me: you have a private little garden, there are towels, the heating is excellent and there are blankets, the kitchenette is really well stocked and there are microwave bowls and sharp knives, the shower and toilet were lovely and clean. Dawn is very kind and a perfect host. Highly recommend! :)

The owner was so accommodating. We weren't able to arrive during the check in times, after contacting the owner they were more than happy to wait for our arrival. They also allowed us a late check out as it helped with the plans we had. The suite was beautifully decorated, the heating was on ready for our arrival and milk in the fridge ready for a cuppa.

I booked for my daughters 18th birthday and her partner as a treat. They enjoyed their stay and said it was lovely. Greeted by owner was was very nice and a very cute dog. Birthday card which was left which was much appreciated.

A very comfortable space and much more preferable to a hotel room. I even had my own Christmas Tree; it was December.

Lovely place to stay, loved the well presented comfortable and homely studio, in a delightful garden. Somewhere you can stay for 1 night or several nights.
