Great view and location, generally a nice place

It was pretty run down and not very clean (e.g. huge dead moths everywhere, spider webs, dirty windows)

Location is perfect, close to town. Comfortable 3 bedroom layout and view along w the hot tub. I highly recommend.

Zero changes needed.

It was a very nice and very large house. Very clean. Beautiful view

My main gripe is with the communication with the property owners. They didn't send us the code for the lockbox in advance. I had to call them to get it. The BBQ was broken and landlord didn't tell us about it in advance. We found out as we were about to start cooking. The oven was functional but one of the knobs was broken. We asked them to bring us extra towels and sheets for the other rooms (only the master bedroom was set as we said there would only be 2 of us). They said they would bring them over the next day but never did. I also sent a text to see if they can bring some shampoo (none of the bathrooms had any) and they just didn't reply. Also more of a warning than a negative is that the drive way is super steep (I think this is common in NZ) so depending on your car's clearance you might need to drive diagonally to avoid scrapping the bumper on the ground.

Good condition and have got everything we need in the kitchen. Good location, not far from everywhere. Got an outdoor spar although we haven't got a chance to use it.

No bedside table or lamp were provided which is a bit incomviniant. Also the pillow is too soft. There is no drain cover to leveled shower which has a bit of health and safety issue. I almost fall twice when shower.
