Me están cobrando más de lo reservado!!! Me dicen que es un cargo no-showed, pero yo llegué el día de la reserva. Me he comunicado por e-mail. El día del check-out no me imprimieron el recibo, la razón que por ser una reserva por una tercero (booking) ellos no emiten factura, como fue viaje de trabajo, yo requiero una factura para presentar en mi empresa
