ARUSUSUSI love coming to the Hyatt , been staying with them for years. From Colorado, Miami , New York etc to now here . Love the staff they are very welcoming and open to cosplayers for anime conventions.
Everything was perfect
USOur room wasn’t properly advertised. I was a street view with a spotlight facing our room. Right at the road listening to traffic trucks and cars all night. Not properly shaded. No privacy from outside. Not properly air conditioned. With no thermostat to adjust temperature. My all out worse experience at a hotel ever. We got up and left at 4am because we were so, uncomfortable.
