It’s not such a big problem just a small request they can change the mattress it’s little bit uncomfortable to sleep to hard just all nothing else

They took my online booking and then it was a quick sudden plan to visit and stay from my relatives place. And I wanted to have a nice stay. But no response . And then when I called to inform pre hand I didn’t get good response initially told let me check but later declined. On arrival to the property, it was difficult and narrow roads but immediately no answer. Later guard coming and telling us to go back and won’t let us in. I can see many vacant rooms and also was showing for online different categories. I took the best one. And they didn’t let us after many request at night time , then again we had to come back and back stay at different hotel.
