Da comodidade da acomodação, foi sensacional. Fora a localização em um ótimo ponto de Verona.

Ficamos um tempo sem internet mas nada demais, a proprietária tentou resolver o mais rápido possível.

Es super centrico, estas cerca andando de todo. El apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo la verdad. Tiene dos plantas pero es pequeñito y perfecto para una pareja. El personal en cuanto haces el check in te manda un mensaje con una lista enorme de cosas que hacer en Verona que es de mucha ayuda. Buena relación calidad precio.

Tenían la calefacción puesta en pleno junio. Era calefacción central y no sabíamos cómo se apagaba porque lo había interruptor. Obviamente el aire acondicionado no hacía mucho y hacía muchísimo calor. La limpieza no era del todo exquisita pero no estaba mal.

Ambiente pulito ma si potrebbe fare meglio.

The location is perfect! The apartment is big and comfortable, has everything you need. Enjoyed staying there, I would recommend it 100%

The location was incredibly convenient for the main highlights in Verona and it was easy to find from the pictures provided on Booking.com. The double bed was sizeable and amenities functioned. We were able to arrive early and drop off our luggage ahead of check-in and the hosts were very responsive. The hosts also provided us with a comprehensive list of restaurants to visit - highlighting different dietary and location options too. The locations and host salvaged our stay.

The place felt dirty and unkept with floors not being hoovered/mopped and bathrooms barely cleaned. We arrived to drop luggage at 11am however, we noticed the place looked dishevelled and our sofa bed had not yet been made. After contacting the hosts, they confirmed our room was still yet to be cleaned, hence the 3pm check-in. We arrived back at 4pm however, the room remained untouched. After chasing the hosts, a 'cleaner' i.e. man on a bike arrived to make our sofa bed. After questioning whether further cleaning was going to take place he said it was already done - it was passable but only just. I'll flag the sofa bed is not comfortable. As we were staying there for a few nights, we decided to not pursue anything further. On our final morning, a 'cleaner' arrived at 09:45am stating we had to depart so they could start cleaning - check out wasn't until 10am but they lingered until we vacated the property.
