"Wish I got what I paid for, but it was ok, I guess"

I ended up having to stay in what felt like a dorm suite because the website allowed me to book a room that was unavailable and the actual space I booked was to accommodate 4 so I paid almost 400$ for a a king bed and I needed the 2 beds because it was 4 of us

"My stay was ok. Would I stay there again? Probably not. Too big of a resort with such small facilities"

The room was very nice, indoor pool and hot tub.

Small pool for a big resort. Not enough space for people. My toilet wasn’t working and leaking water all over the floor , I didn’t have a shower curtain, guest services is not that helpful. They did not care
