The location is superb and a quiet place to spend quality time with family and friends. Heaven for Solo travers.

Food is Brought from outside local hotels. The quality is poor. It is only served at the location. No food is prepared fresh.

The place is 1.5km deep inside the forest. The ambiance and the surroundings are good. A good place to stay for large groups, bachelors, and forest lovers

The room's cleanliness, one of the staff was a little drunk made me uncomfortable (I was with my wife and daughter), there were rats on the roof kept us awake, and bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean

The owner effectively kicked us out. We had originally booked for two days, but wanted to change our plan to just one day stay. The owners disallowed this, and in addition wanted all payment in advance. The owner was very rude and entirely customer unfriendly. Not wanting to make full advance payment (we had done 50% advance), the owner said we cannot check in. So effectively kicked us out. We had to find different quarters at short notice, which was 40km away. We are travelled extensively around India, booking thru booking.com. We have never had such an experience before. All other places the owners we extremely accommodative and great. Just this one was terrible. Later on the owner, unbeknown to us changed our booking to one day, which is what we originally wanted. Extremely unprofessional. We would like our advance payment back, since we were kicked out. The place has a one mile or so rough mud track to get there. The track be dangerous for car, particularly on a wet day. While the rooms are well furnished, it is possible to see black mold on the doors. This is because the rooms are in a middle of a jungle and next to a river. Onsite Food facilities are non-existent. You need to order from a menu and the person onsite needs to go to town to get it. That can easily take 90 min or so. If you check onsite, the owners have listed food charges at Rs 600/- per person. The person on site do not speak much English or Hindi. The main manager was offsite, as was the owner.
