Hayama Umino Hotel

おにぎりの朝食でしたが、食べずらかった。見た目より食べやすさを重視してください

・朝食４種類を選べます！美味しかったです。 ・ホテル目の前は海があり、富士山も見える。夕焼けの時めっちゃ綺麗だった。

バスを降りて振り向くと後ろにバーンと"海のホテル"があって助かりました。ここから歩くのを覚悟していたからです。部屋もキレイででしたし､あとスタッフの対応も若い人たちばかりでキチンとしてましたね。 最後にこちらの忘れ物のお尋ねです。 デジタルカメラの充電器なかったでしょうか？もしあったら連絡お願いします。

まず､大きい方のお風呂の上の窓6枚中4枚も開いていてとても寒かったです。遅くに入ったせいかお風呂の温度もぬるく感じて80代くらいのお婆ちゃんの方もいて(ニ度目は少し温かかったけど)冷えで大丈夫かな？と心配で上がるまで見守っていました。あと朝のお風呂チェンジも間違って男湯入ってしまって慌てて出てきました。英語表記だけでなく漢字で大きく"男、女"とあった方が助かるかな。

The onsen, the location, the beach, the calm of Hayama, but most importantly, the staff. I'd like to thank the guy at the front desk the day I checked in. He was such a sweet and helpful gentleman, and the food I ordered the following days was also very good. The day I left, I asked the front desk for plastic spoons because I needed to eat some yogurt to boost my probiotic levels before flying, and I was in a hurry to catch a bus to the airport. They looked but couldn't find any plastic spoons. I thanked them and left for the bus stop across the street, but the staff ran outside to catch me right before I boarded the bus to leave and handed me wood spoons. I was embarrassed 😞 and happy at the same time, thank you so much 😊. I left my heart ❤️.

施設の清潔度、スタッフの対応が大変すばらしかった。

富士山が見えて、海岸まで近いのが良かったです。
