Poca pressione dell'acqua e miscelatore della doccia mal funzionante.

Sa très bonne situation à 8 minutes de ls gare dans un bel immeuble Sur le corso cavour où il y avait des commerces qui nous intéressaient supermarché bureau de tabac pour les tickets de bus et un marché tous les jours pour les fruits et legumes

Le manque d équipement..de vaisselle dans la cuisine nous qui cuisinons souvent.... Pas de micro ondes pas de four... indispensable l un ou l autre selon nous dans un appartement de location Le bruit sur la place le soir... la présence de la police tous les soirs n était pas très rassurante sur.les personnes qui le La.frequentaient ....

pulizia doveva essere migliore, le lenzuola e le coperte puzzavano, la TV non aveva il telecomando e la zona è frequentata la sera prettamente da stranieri aggressivi

L’appartamento è spazioso, adatto a un gruppo di circa 5 persone. La posizione è pratica, ma la zona può risultare un po’ caotica la sera; consiglierei di non arrivare troppo tardi. Nel complesso una buona scelta per lo spazio e la vicinanza alla stazione, anche se ci sono alcuni aspetti organizzativi e di manutenzione da migliorare.

In generale sembrava pulito, tuttavia al momento del check-in ci hanno consegnato le chiavi avvisandoci che sarebbe stato pronto solo dopo circa un’ora, perché la signora doveva ancora terminare le pulizie. Lei è stata molto gentile, ma ci si aspetta che l’alloggio sia pronto all’orario stabilito. Una delle camere mancava di una porta, il che può ridurre la privacy e la comodità.

The apartment itself was beautiful and very big, very comfortable. Location was ideal with the train station close by. Plenty of shops, cafes etc on the doorstep

Water in the shower went from too hot to cold, the big shower head wasn't working, cupboard door in bathroom broken, fell on my toe. Smell coming from bathroom sink now and again. No normal size cups in kitchen, had to buy some, no tea towels, only pillow cases in the drawer. No pegs for washing line, had to buy some. Could do with an extension lead to plug in kettle as we had to keep unplugging the fridge every time we wanted a cuppa. Had no idea what to do with our food waste, it started to smell so I had to find an outdoor bin to dispose of it. Used the dishwasher once and it didn't drain and I tried to plunge it a few times, started to smell after a couple of days so I threw some hot water and floor cleaner in and put it on another cycle but it still wouldn't drain. We were asked to give half an hour notice of our arrival and someone would meet us to let us in. We did this and texted a second time and got no response, we were waiting for half an hour and finally I found a phone number and rang, the cleaner let us in, she was lovely but not much English. The host sent us a message later saying they would drop by with fruit and water that evening but no one came and I received no more messages afterwards. On the last day I messaged asking where to leave keys and to let them know that the dishwasher was not draining the water and got no response so we left the keys in the apartment and left. I heard nothing at all after that. So communication is pretty bad to be honest. It's a beautiful apartment, just a few little things to make it better, people don't want to spend time trying to unclog dishwashers and dispose of rotting food up the street when they are on holiday, just a couple of annoyances that can totally be avoided.

La posizione e' perfetta per la vicinanza alla stazione, bus e supermercato anche se la zona e' tanto caotica a causa della piazza antistante con gente che ascolta musica fino a tarda notte e al normale rumore del traffico. Appartamento grande ma che necessita una importante riorganizzazione.

L'appartamento necessita di una riorganizzazione per meglio poter accogliere gli ospiti. La pressione dell'acqua nella doccia e' minima e il miscelatore non funziona bene. Per fortuna era caldo e la doccia fredda poteva andare, ma se si fa la lavatrice o la lavastoviglie non non e' possibile fare la doccia. Mancanza di prese di corrente per la macchina del caffe' per cui era necessario staccare il frigo. Mancanza di forno o micro onde. Stoviglie molto sporche e rovinate. Letto in una camera con doghe mancanti.
