Location is really nice. Close to many places in La Spezia. Fascinating view from the balcony and windows.

Owner is really flexible. When it comes to changing time of checking in (we had asked for the late check in, but our plans changed so host kindly agreed to allow as to come earlier than it had been planned). Also we were lack of some stuff in apartment so our request was satisfied in a few minutes.

Location was good, apartment bright and clean.

Good to note that the charming church opposite chimes on the hour etc all through the night. One of group is a light sleeper and this was a challenge. Need more towels available.

The apartment was comfortable enough for our family of 5 and close to the train station making access to Cinque Terre easy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower did not seem to drain properly and we did not have enough towels initially. This seemed to be a misunderstanding and was sorted on our second day of stay.
