The location is perfect on the way from the entrance of Medina (4 minutes walk upwards, so be wise if you're carrying heavy luggages) to the Plaza Uta el Hamman. You can easily reach to every point of the Medina in walking distance. The view from the terrace is gorgeous; each room is equipped with a private bathroom, and there's a kitchen available for simple dishes, although you can find restaurtants nearby at reasonale price. The laundry machine is on floor of terrace.

The check-in indication is too vague and unclear. Infact, we comunicated the host that we would arrive early and asked for the permission to leave our luggage first; on the day of departure at 8 am from Fes I texted the host but got no answers, and when we arrived in front of the door of the apartment in heavy rain, nobody answered the phone. I searched desperately all information and luckily found in the comments of Google map that the check-in was in another place called Hotel Chams, 15 meters away. Finally we successfully checked-in, but it would have been better if this information was provided in advance. There's only one AC in one of the two rooms without any heater, so think twice if you're going to book in rainy and cold days. We found no hairdryer or firelighter for the oven but after we asked, the staff from Hotel Chams gave them to us.

La ubicación.

Con los baños muy mejorables: una papelera rota, no había colgadores para las toallas, no te dan alfombrilla. Una de las duchas no tenía alcachofa y la otra no tenía presión. El baño olía muy mal y no tenía ventilación.

La ubicación, lo limpio que estaba y lo cómoda que te hacen sentir. Nos alojaron en el hotel Chams, ya que hubo algún problema en casa Yasmina.

Creo que ganamos con el cambio de alojamiento.

Located in the old town, take into account that you will have to carry your luggage alone on the narrow and sloping streets - this applies to the entire old town. But the location was ok, furnished more authentically, and the breakfast was ok - typical Moroccan

Very nice flat, perfect location, wonderful roof terrace, good breakfast and very helpful and knowledgeable staff!

It was a bit cold as the heating didnt work so well, but Im sure that is fixed by now.

We loved being right in the medina, close to everything, and the breakfast was wonderful!

Communication could have been better, especially around the laundry where the listing shows a washing machine as an amenity but we were told laundry would be an extra cost. We ended up being given access to the washing machine and did our own laundry for free
