This stay was one of the best experiences I've had on Booking. The apartment's cleanliness exceeded my expectations and surpassed many fine hotels I've visited. During my 9-day trip in Italy, it stood out as the best among the apartments I rented. Laura, our host, ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Unexpectedly, there was coffee, tea, and croissants available for breakfast. Despite Laura not speaking English, her flawless communication via translated messages deserves praise. Texting her was hassle-free. Overall, a delightful and memorable experience! 🌟

Nothing, everything was as advertised - actually better.

Lack of electrical adapters.

The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. Laura made sure there was water, coffee, sugar and a variety of cakes and croissants. The apartment is perfect for large families. The sheets were very soft. The location is very good and there are many shops, supermarkets and cafes nearby. The Pra train station is just minutes away. There is free parking on the street.

The shower was a little narrow, but it was just a minor thing.

Ahere is no AC in the appartment, the fans they provided didnt do the job so it was impossible to sleep there. we left after one night(!) There is no living room, there is a couch and a TV in one of the bedrooms that they considered living room but for a familly of 5 it is not enough, we had no-where to sit all together except in the very very small kitchen. The host knew no English once so ever, communicated with written messages via google translate. very problematic. The appartment is in 5th floor, and the elevator cannot contain more than 3 people at a time, and is EXTREMELY SLOW

Very nice and clean apartment located in a good place, close to the bus stop and train station. The owners of the apartment are a delight, very helpful. I heartily recommend!

Far from old town Genova, not a big issue but the listing says languages spoken include English. That's not totally true, English is only available through Goggle translate. It works but makes the listing a little deceptive.
