Dream Nest Meteora

The apartment is located in a charming spot – at the foot of the Meteora cliffs, right next to the start of the mountain nature trails. From there, you can enjoy unique and breathtaking views, and the trails lead to the monasteries. The apartment host is very attentive and caring. We were greeted with a lovely surprise – wine and fresh fruit.

We stayed at Apartament Eva, but I didn’t like the fact that the bed was positioned right next to the bathroom and directly facing the entrance door. I would have preferred if the bed and the sofa had been switched around.

Location is amazing, away from tourism and business, right next to the Holy Spirit Rock. The bedroom is so pretty and the shower very comfortable. It was all very clean. As a solo woman traveling I felt great in this place.

It’s a little dark inside, and so I had to use the light but in the living room / kitchen the light is so white and so bright, I ended up only spending time in the bedroom. Especially in the evening I would have loved some smaller lights to sit on the sofa.

What a treat! We loved our stay here, great quiet location within walking distance of local businesses, and a short drive to the larger town. Guest parking by the door and welcoming hosts. The room was very clean and comfortable with some unexpected treats. Highly recommend for a short or long stay.

Bed was quite hard, which was the only issue we found for our stay.

The cottage was the surrounded by jaw dropping scenery that changed in topography from every aspect. There are numerous dining options in the village that were walkable from the cottage. The location provided easy access to the monasteries throughout the area. It was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully decorated. Small touches like a bottle of wine and fruit welcomed us. The owner provided invaluable information to enhance our experience and was interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Not a thing

Location was excellent for hiking trails to the monestaries (&/or driving on the winding roads). Dream nest has reserved level parking which is a real bonus. The Adam unit is more like a suite with a semi separate bedroom from the living room. Great facilities.

The only thing I would change is to have a more comfortable bed. It was fine but more firm than ideal—wish it had been more plush.
