IN1) I've opted for the breakfast to be included and even paid for the same while booking, but the property manager denied it and never provided the breakfast nor refunded the money paid. 2) Zero cleanliness; cigarette butts were found on the floor, uncleaned interiors. 3) Irresponsible, rude, ignorant, & arrogant staff. 4) Charged Rs. 500 extra for 2 hours of early check-in 5) Broken toiletries. 6) No mirror in the room, except a small uncleaned one in the bathroom. 7) Totally unworthy property and does not fit for stay.
