I had a confirmed booking at this hotel, but to my shock, when I arrived, they had already allotted the room to someone else. There was no prior intimation, no apology, and no effort to arrange an alternative. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had to look for another place to stay at the last moment, which was extremely stressful. I strongly advise others not to book this hotel. If they can’t honor confirmed reservations, they don’t deserve your trust or your money. Avoid at all costs!
