The cleanliness and how accommodating all the staffs were. Loved that the hotel was close to all the central areas.

Could have increase the spread. The location is very sentral to my needs, ie shopping and food

Great location. Room was excellent. Very confortable beds.Restaurant food very tasty.

Noisy street location (constant honking horns, not sure if this can be avoided in India). I had earplugs and it does quieten down after say 10.30pm so i slept well. Over complicated light system, as expected in hotels Breakfast was very local and small 4 pillows but all the same thickness (quite thick)

The breakfast was good but just need to add more western breakfast or follow the the guest country . example i just came to know mostly the hotel guest are from Malaysia, Singapore so can try to do one or two breakfast dish folllow the choice. Need to add more western breakfast. Everyday with idili, chutney boring abit.

Parking was a issue.. espicaly drivers they have to park the car at roadside and sleep in the car. maybe can given one simple room for them to rest and fresh up
